CyberScore commits to providing a service available 24/7 with an availability target of 99.5% (excluding scheduled maintenance).
All elements of the CyberScore service (software, databases, graphics, texts, logos) are protected by copyright, trademark law, and database rights.
CyberScore is an automated security analysis platform that scans your digital assets and generates reports identifying potential vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and security weaknesses. Our reports are designed to provide actionable intelligence to support your security decision-making process.
You are solely responsible for:
CyberScore provides information and analysis, not security assurance. Our automated scans may not detect all vulnerabilities, and findings may include false positives or miss certain attack vectors. This tool complements—but does not replace—comprehensive security audits, penetration testing, or expert security consultation.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
CYBERSCORE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ALL VULNERABILITIES WILL BE DETECTED. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
IN NO EVENT SHALL CYBERSCORE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
No absolute guarantee: We do not guarantee detection of all vulnerabilities
Decision support tool: CyberScore does not replace a cybersecurity expert or comprehensive security audit
Scanned data: You are responsible for ensuring you have authorization to scan the domains you submit
Service interruptions: We are not liable for damages caused by temporary interruptions, third-party failures, or force majeure events
CyberScore is a cybersecurity tool subject to export control regulations. By using this service, you represent and warrant that:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CyberScore, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
This indemnification obligation survives termination of these Terms.
WAIVER OF CLASS ACTIONS AND COLLECTIVE RELIEF
You agree to resolve any disputes with CyberScore on an individual basis only, and you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Each party may bring claims against the other only in their individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
Note: This clause may not be enforceable in all jurisdictions. If any part of this waiver is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
For customers located in France or the European Union, in accordance with Article L.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may contact a consumer mediator in case of dispute that cannot be resolved directly with CyberScore:

CyberScore reserves the right to modify these TOS at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the site.
Users will be notified by email of significant modifications. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new TOS.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law, regardless of your location or country of residence.
Applicable law: French law
Exclusive jurisdiction: You expressly agree that any dispute arising from these Terms shall be exclusively resolved by the Paris Courts (France), and you waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.
Language: In case of translation, only the French version is authoritative
By using CyberScore, you acknowledge that this service is provided from France by a French company, and you accept that French law governs this relationship.
